“Earth”……

Everyone says that sky is the primal existence of man

And the Earth is woman

Still every time I try to skip the advertisement

Where women bounded in chains

Haven’t watched the sky for thousand years gone-

Don’t even know about the thousand years to come

I hold child in my womb

I grill skin in charcoal-broil

Starve with poison air

Battles with blood

Have slept in cage- with scratched water- bag and uncut placenta

Stained blood – rusted black spotted

Water retention from body-how can I help in blooming bud?

A life which witnessed fetal genocide

“I have never tried to empower your vision Man –

But its time to water the Mother Earth –

Before she turns back her breast and lap from you-

Or denies conceiving you” ……
